I recently stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip and it exceeded my expectations. The bed was incredibly comfortable, much better than my previous stay here. The staff was extremely helpful, even in the middle of the night. The receptionist spoke English fluently and was very understanding. The hotel is located in a strategic place, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The manager was amazing, making me feel reassured about my choice in accommodations. The location was great, allowing me to easily come and go as I pleased.

It is an exceptionally comfortable and upscale property located in Dong-Gu district next to the center of downtown, and yet quite quiet. The breakfast is particularly nice, includes lots of meals. Thank you for a great stay.

The hotel has a central location and a modern, stylish lobby with a coffee bar. Many staff members speak some English and are helpful. The hotel offers a large spa bath but hot water issues may occur.

The comfort of the room leaves something to be desired with air-filled bubble pillows.

The staff at Acc Design Hotel were friendly and knowledgeable. I appreciated their helpfulness throughout my stay. The hotel's proximity to the shopping area was convenient. I enjoyed being able to explore the area on foot. Another great feature was that the hotel was within walking distance to geumnamno 4-ga subway station, making it easy to travel around the city.

For the value we paid, our 2-day stay was definitely worth it. The room was impeccably clean and equipped with a unique clothes fridge that made our clothes smell and look fresh. The hotel's location next to the subway station and downtown area made it very convenient for us, and the staff at the front desk were incredibly kind and helpful.

The breakfast they offered was good and the staff was very kind. The location of the hotel was also very convenient for me as it was close to the place where my business meeting was held. The room amenities were great too, I especially loved the clothes fridge which made my clothes smell like they were just dry-cleaned.

My experience at the hotel was not great. My room had a very strong cigarette smell, which ruined my stay.
